The hotel is in the very center of the city. The restaurant and the garden of the hotel are beautiful.
The rooms are falling apart. The furniture is dating centuries ago.

Location right in the heart of the city. Renovated lobby and restaurant area. Full breakfast buffet. Guarded parking. Staff speaks English.
Hotel is a trap, renovation was only for entrance and luxury rooms. Standard rooms are in miserable condition, looking like 70's, completely soulless. Old and worn out furniture, carpet and window. Uncomfortable bed. During storm, water came inside. No decoration, no refrigerator, just a small TV, and out-of-fashion lights. Primitive, spartan bathroom with torn wallpaper, just one towel and poor ventilation. Annoying smoke odor in room. This is far away the 4 star standard and photos are misleading. Worthy only for retro lovers, if you want to get a taste of communistic times Bulgaria.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, I appreciated the city view and enjoyed the central location with easy access to everything, along with the delicious breakfast that catered to everyone with a variety of bread, pastries, and meats.

It was exactly what we were looking for.
We were in a perfect and good location not too far away from Svoboda Sq.

Nice, clean and cozy hotel, good value for the price. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.
Free Wi-Fi was not available in my room because the signal level was too low and was practically unusable.

Great location.
The breakfast was tasteless, very poor quality. The front desk person when I signed in was not at all welcoming. I carried my own luggage to the elevator & up to my room; the male attendant only opened the elevator door for me. This I did not appreciate, since I was very tired from a long drive and would very much have appreciated the assistance. There were hardly any other people in the hotel; I would have thought they would have made more of an effort to greet people. The morning I left, the front desk person was much more helpful.

Location, it was right on the main Square in Ruse, next to everything
everything really. The lobby was nice but that's where it ended. It was tired and scruffy and didn't have any air-con in our room. Well it did but there was no way of turning it on. It was noisy and uncomfortable and the breakfast was poor. Coffee with no milk and a massive lump of cake! All the furniture was all Formica and looked like it was made in the 70s

The staff is nice and helpful.
The room I stayed in was a far cry from a four-star rating, and the same applied to the breakfast that was included in the room price. Very noisy, there was a lot af construction work going on.

Perfect location in pretty area, close to the center of the town, the city centre near the statue of liberty, and the inside garden. Attentive and extremely friendly staff with good manners.
